SERVICES

Our production facilities offer a wide range of machining services, both for demanding single part prototypes as well as for serial production of highly cost-sensitive machine parts. We have the machines for large parts, even with a diameter of more than 1 000 mm, and automatized robot and bar feeding machining cells for smaller parts.

We maintain and invest regularly to keep our machine capacity up-to-date. We use the most modern production software for high-performance chip removal, as Mastercam 3-D and WinCam with the latest updates. For the production quality control and quality assurance we also have DEA Global Performance 3D-measuring machine with CAD++ software.

We offer also full package deliveries where the machined products can be ground, heat or surface treated through our wide partner network.
